What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

10 pcs per model for standard valves. OEM branding starts from 50 pcs per model.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Standard models ship as samples within 7 days. Sample cost is refunded on your first bulk order.

What is your production lead time?

25–35 days after drawing and deposit confirmation, depending on size and quantity.

Which certifications do your valves have?

ISO 9001:2015 quality system, API 6D, CE (PED 2014/68/EU) and WRAS for potable water models.

What payment and trade terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are available.
